Your monthly review
Redlark provides human review of automated security insights for one agreed codebase or up to five agreed external endpoints. Each monthly report includes up to ten fully documented findings, with severity, evidence and remediation guidance where applicable. Additional identified vulnerabilities are also reported, potentially with less detail. If fewer are found, we report what we find.
This is a focused review, not a guarantee that every vulnerability will be found or that a breach cannot occur. It does not include 24/7 monitoring or incident response.
Authorization and access
Testing starts only after we agree the exact assets, permitted methods, limits and your written authorization. You must have authority to permit testing and obtain any required third-party permissions. Disruptive or destructive testing, social engineering and unrelated assets are excluded. Use restricted repository invitations and temporary test accounts. Do not email passwords or tokens; we agree a secure sharing method first.
Delivery
Your first report is due within seven calendar days after authorization and working access are confirmed. We agree its due date in writing, then deliver one report per monthly billing cycle. Access delays are discussed with you and a revised date agreed. If we cannot provide the paid review, we refund the undelivered service. Urgent findings are sent privately to your agreed technical contact as soon as human review confirms them, without waiting for the monthly report.
Billing and cancellation
The early-customer subscription is $50 USD per month, automatically renewed through Stripe. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You keep this rate while your subscription remains continuously active.
Manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe using your checkout email. Cancel before your next renewal. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; service continues through your already paid period. Contact [email protected] if you need help cancelling. We process subscription cancellation in Stripe.
If onboarding has not started, you may request a refund of the current period. After work begins, there is no routine prorated refund for cancellation. Refunds for undelivered service and any rights required by applicable law remain available. Rejoining after a subscription ends uses the price offered at that time. A payment being retried does not by itself remove your early rate; work may pause until payment is resolved. We notify you before ending service for nonpayment.
Confidentiality
Code, access details and findings are used only for the agreed review and kept private. We do not publish findings or send private code to external AI providers without your permission. Reports are shared only with your authorized contacts. Access is revoked at offboarding; working copies and technical evidence are deleted within 30 days after service ends unless you request earlier deletion or we agree otherwise in writing. Necessary billing and authorization records may be retained for legal obligations.
